The Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Leadership (CAL 2) program is an advanced program to transform agile leaders to develop exponential thinking in the age of AI. This workshop is designed to provide leaders with a comprehensive understanding of organizational design and strategy, emphasizing how these elements interrelate to drive business success. This workshop is taught by Venkatesh Rajamani who is a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership and the world’s first to hold CST, PST, CEC, CTC and CAL Educator including CAL 2 level together.

Here are answers to some frequently asked questions about Certified Agile Leadership -II training.
The Credential awarded will be CAL. There is nothing called CAL I and CAL II as Certificates. CAL II workshop results in CAL Credential, that means you have completed both the levels of CAL
