2. Is there a test or exam requirement for CAL certifications?

No. At this time, there is no test required to earn a CAL certification. However, successfully attending the in-person or live-online course taught by a Certified Agile Leadership Educator (CAL-Educator®) will result in certification. 3. Which course is right for me?

4. What is CAL 1?

The Certified Agile Leader 1 credential is the first level of the Scrum Alliance’s Agile Leadership program. The former CAL Essentials, Teams, and Organisations have been restructured into the updated and enhanced CAL 1 and 2. Learning objectives for CAL 1 have been derived from each of the respective CAL-Essentials, CAL-Teams, and CAL-Organisations courses. The refactored two-level CAL program follows a sequential certification pathway where students will be certified upon completion of the first course (CAL 1), and have the opportunity to advance to the next course (CAL 2)

5. Are there any pre-requisites to attend the CAL 1?

No, there are no pre-requisites to attend CAL 1. But to attend CAL 2 one must have completed CAL 2.

6. How do I obtain an invoice receipt or proof of payment for my order?
