No. At this time, there is no test required to earn a CAL certification. However, successfully attending the in-person or live-online course taught by a Certified Agile Leadership Educator (CAL-Educator®) will result in certification.

The Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Leader I credential is no longer offered. Instead, Scrum Alliance split the CAL 1 into three Credentials, namely CAL-E, CAL-O & CAL-T, effective 2020. Effective 2020, Two of these certifications are a pre-requisite to attending CAL-2. As of now, there are no separate second levels.
