All participants completing the Applying Professional Scrum course will receive a password to attempt the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) assessment. The industry-recognized PSM I certification requires a minimum passing score of 85%.

1. What does the registration fee include?

The registration fee includes the fee for classroom training and certification.

2. How many attempts do i get if I attend the classroom training?

All participants completing the Scrum.org courses will receive a password to attempt the first assessment. The class participants who attempt the assessment within 14 days of receiving their free password and do not score at least 85% will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost. For ICAgile courses, there is no exam as of today. However, the trainers will evaluate before issuing the Certificate. For other Courses, please speak to our support executive by writing to help@tryscrum.com

3. I have enrolled on the course. Is Attendance mandatory to receive the password for the exam?

Yes, if you have enrolled for the course, attendance is mandatory to receive the password for the exam. If you cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances, inform us beforehand to help reschedule. Note: If not rescheduled, a class handling fee may be charged in case of a no-show.
