All participants completing the Professional Scrum Master course will receive a password to attempt the PSM assessment. The industry-recognized PSM certification requires a minimum passing score of 85%.

1. What does the registration fee include?

The registration fee includes the cost of classroom training, certification, post-class reading materials and examination attempts (if any).

2. How many attempts do i get if I attend the classroom training?

Two Attempts. All participants completing the Scrum.org courses will receive a password to attempt the first assessment. The class participants who attempt the assessment within 14 days of receiving their free password and do not score at least 85% will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost. 3. I have enrolled on the course. Is Attendance mandatory to receive the password for the exam?

Yes, if you have enrolled for the course, attendance is mandatory to receive the password for the exam. If you cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances, inform us beforehand to help reschedule. Note: If not rescheduled, a class handling fee may be charged in case of a no-show.

4. Which course is right for me?

5. How do I obtain an invoice receipt or proof of payment for my order?

8. Does my Scrum.org certificate expire or require renewal?

Unlike other certifications, Scrum.org certificates are lifelong and do not require any additional payments or renewals.

9. How is a PSM through Scrum.org different from a CSM through the Scrum Alliance?

Scrum.org and the Scrum Alliance are separate organisations with different leadership, missions, focus, and approaches. A few key differences can be seen in the following areas.

Course Content:

PSM I (through Scrum.org) – The content used in the workshop is curated by a team of stewards, including PSTs, and is used globally by PSTs to teach the class. CSM, on the other hand, is curated by CSTs based on the Learning Objectives provided by Scrum Alliance and is validated by Scrum Alliance reviewers as part of the course accreditation process. Therefore, CSM will have unique flavours of trainers, abiding by the common learning objectives.

Validity:

Scrum.org certificates are valid for life and do not require any extra payments or renewals. CSM (via the Scrum Alliance) is valid for two years. After that, it must be renewed by paying 100 USD or attending another course with Scrum Alliance.
